The IHEDN meetings are on May 26

(B2) The IHEDN Meetings, the Institute of Advanced National Defense Studies, have become an essential meeting place for strategic thinking. “ Defense as you have never approached it and as we have never spoken to you about it! »

This year, for its fourth edition, the Institute of Advanced National Defense Studies has changed its formula a little by revisiting history and looking to the future... On the menu: Shots from elsewhere: Spahis, Zouaves and others soldiers of the colonial troops. Munich 1938: Peace of the brave or peace of the cowards? Hoax and propaganda in wartime? Antimilitarism in France since the 1970s? Will the world one day be nuclear-free? How to make peace with your hereditary enemy? Has the space war already started? etc.

Ten round tables to satisfy your curiosity. Soldiers will debate with activists and experts major security and defense issues which are all societal issues. And if you haven't died laughing in the large amphitheatre, entrusted to Plantu, you can bivouac with the Poilus de 14 and the Feldgrauen opposite, before being sworn in the interactive tribunal of History...

It is Saturday 26 May at the Military School. B2 will be there…. This will be an opportunity to meet and talk. To register, click here
