EEAS video blocked for copyright infringement

(BRUSSELS2) This should be an ordinary video composed to present the EUTM Somalia mission (training Somali soldiers) broadcast on the channel of the European External Action Service (EEAS) dedicated to security and defense on You Tube.

Still photographs sequenced against a background of rock music. In this case “21 Guns” by Green Day. This video is normally visible on You Tube, here. But not everywhere...

As my counterpart from Augengeradenaus!, Thomas Wiegold, this video was blocked in Germany by the German Sacem. Me GEMA (Gesellschaft für musikalische Aufführungs) considers that there is a violation of Universal's copyright.

It's a bit messy...

(updated) Since the publication of this article, the video has been removed.
