EEAS video blocked for copyright infringement

(BRUSSELS2) This should be a banal video composed to present the EUTM Somalia mission (to train Somali soldiers) broadcast on the European External Action Service (EEAS) channel devoted to security and defense on You Tube.

Sequenced still photographs set to rock music. In this case "21 Guns" by Green Day. This video is normally visible on You Tube, here. But not everywhere...

As my counterpart from Augengeradenaus!, Thomas Wiegold, this video has been blocked in Germany by the German Sacem. Me GEMA (Gesellschaft für musikalische Aufführungs) believes that there is indeed a violation of Universal's copyright.

It's a bit messy...

(updated) Since the publication of this article, the video has been removed.
