The two pirates seized by Spain soon back in Somalia?

(B2) The judge of l' Audiencia Nacional, Santiago Pedraz, ordered the prosecution of the two suspected pirates arrested for their involvement in the kidnapping of the Basque tuna boat alakrana in particular for illegal possession and theft aggravated by the use of weapons, but not for the offense of criminal association. This could make it possible to condemn these suspects only to a lower sentence of less than six years and opens the door, according to the Spanish media, to their deportation to their country of origin, Somalia (as permitted by the law on foreigners). This arrangement would make it possible to find a solution to the Somali pirates who are holding several Spanish fishermen hostage and demanding the release of their "colleagues". But an arrangement that is not accepted by the prosecutor's office of the High Criminal Court.
