(BRUSSELS2) Colonel Michel Sido will take over as head of the EUSEC operation in the Congo from 1 March, on a provisional basis, until 30 June 2008. He succeeds General Joana. Already present in the operation, a lawyer by training, Michel Sido supervised, as "commissioner" (responsible for management), the reform of the administrative and financial chain of the Armed Forces of Congo.
