Departure of Barroso's social adviser
(B2) Ana Martinho, close adviser to the President of the European Commission José-Manuel Barroso, responsible in particular for social issues, and who had followed him during part of his Portuguese career (she is a career diplomat), should leave Brussels, to take up the post of Head of Delegation of the European Commission to the OECD in Paris.
