Smooth transition in Bangui

(B2) The handover of command went smoothly for the European Central African Army Training Mission (EUTM RCA), which is beginning its second mandate. On Saturday (January 14), French Major General Eric Hautecloque-Raysz, EUTM RCA's first term commander, handed over his responsibilities to Belgian Brigadier General Herman Ruys.
