Smooth transition in Bangui

(B2) The handover of command went smoothly for the European Central African Army Training Mission (EUTM RCA), which is beginning its second mandate. On Saturday (January 14), French Major General Eric Hautecloque-Raysz, EUTM RCA's first term commander, handed over his responsibilities to Belgian Brigadier General Herman Ruys. Under the authority of General Hautecloque-Raysz, European instructors and advisers participated in the rehabilitation of the Kassaï training camp and trained the soldiers of the 1st company of the 3rd Territorial Infantry Battalion (BIT), which represents 160 military approx.
