Blaca pleads guilty

(B2) Nazim Bllaca, accused of murder, pleaded guilty during the initial hearing held at the Pristina Court of Appeal on Wednesday (July 3). Nazim Bllaca had publicly declared in the media that, from 1999 to 2003, he was part of a unit responsible for “executions” of SHIK, the Kosovo intelligence service. He thus admitted to having participated in 17 criminal actions (murders or attempted murders). The European magistrate, presiding the Court, made a decision to accept the guilty plea made by the defendant. The sentencing hearing is scheduled for July 15, 2013. The accused was prosecuted by a EULEX prosecutor from the Special Prosecutor's Office of Kosovo (SPRK).
