Sachsen frigate joins EU anti-piracy operation Atalanta

(B2) The "Sachsen" frigate will leave its home port of Wilhelmshaven (Germany) on July 23 to join the EU anti-piracy operation (EUNAVFOR Atalanta). She should be in the area at the beginning of August (it takes 14 days of transit between Germany and the Horn of Africa) and will thus take over from the frigate "Bremen".
