Change of Command at EUTM Somalia

Spanish Colonel Ricardo Gonzalez Elul handed over command of the European Somali Soldiers Training Mission (EUTM Somalia) to his Irish counterpart Michael Beary on August 9, during a ceremony held at the headquarters in Kampala. In attendance were the European Union Ambassador to Uganda, Roberto Ridolfi, the Irish Embassy representative, Pronch Murray, and the UPDF (Ugandan Armed Forces) General Commander, General Edward Wamala Katumba.
