Kosovo customs officials cleared of suspicion

(B2) The investigating judge of Eulex – the European “Rule of Law” mission deployed in Kosovo – of the Pristina court exonerated Kosovar customs officials – customs chief Naim Huruglica and legal officer Lulzim Rafuna – of accusations “ofabuse of official position or authority" and of "misuse of economic authorizations“. The judge ruled that there was not enough reality for the suspects to be found guilty during the trial. There is no well-founded suspicion that the suspects had committed a criminal offense, specifies the press release released by Eulex.
