Terror attempt foiled in Estonia

He attempted to capture two ministry employees. The building was evacuated. After two hours of intervention, he was shot dead by security forces. Defense Minister Mart Laar was not present at the time of the attack. No employees were injured. We don't really know the motivations for his action. the man, identified as Karen Drambjan, is a lawyer of Armenian origin, member of a small left-wing party, Ühendatud Vasakpartei.
