Terror attempt foiled in Estonia

He attempted to capture two ministry employees. The building was evacuated. After two hours of intervention, he was shot dead by the security forces. Defense Minister Mart Laar was not present at the time of the attack. No employee was injured. We do not really know the motivations of his act. the man, identified as Karen Drambjan, is a lawyer of Armenian origin, member of a small leftist party, Ühendatud Vasakpartei.
