Going to study in Austria as part of the military Erasmus…

TheresanAcademie.jpg
(B2) As part of the "Military Erasmus" programme, the Austrian military academy (Theresan Academie) opens its doors to young European officers.
This is not entirely new. The Austrians have already practiced, since 2005, an international openness, in particular by practicing exchanges of officers in small numbers (2 to 5) within the school framework: for a semester, Austrians go to France (École St Cyr Coëtquidan) and to the United States (West Point Military Academy), and vice versa.
The Austrian army thus offers several training modules:
- Basics for Crisis Management Operations (2 weeks),
-
Map Exercise with topic Crisis Management Operations (1 week),
-
Tactical Exercise Without Troops in a CMO-Scenario (1 week),
-
Course for Crisis Management Operation Techniques (2 weeks),
- ESDP-Module (1 week) ...
