European Treaty: the first complete analysis of the Treaty is out

A few days after the agreement between the 27 countries of the European Union at the Lisbon European Council, we all got down to it, our Europolitics colleagues, to try to analyze and decipher the 150 pages of the Treaty and the "some" appendices attached thereto. In this special issue that we can download for free - it's rare, take advantage of it...! - (and for our friends who love the language of the Beatles, english editing)

Everything is probably not perfect. There are still several gray areas in this "cursed" text. And we are not immune to surprises yet. Moreover, it is only a journalistic work. So the truth or accuracy is probably not total. But, as the Olympics say, we tried to do "faster, higher, stronger". Come on... have a good read!
