To be read before the Council of Defense Ministers

(BRUSSELS2) The bi-annual meeting of EU defense ministers opens this afternoon, with dinner tonight at 54 (with foreign ministers) and the meeting of foreign ministers on Thursday. B2 will be there. And I have a nugget in store for you later...

Here is a short summary of the latest articles published, on topics that will be discussed at one time or another during the meeting. The principle is in fact that military missions are the responsibility of Defense Ministers while civilian missions are the prerogative of their Foreign Affairs counterparts.
