Technical Agreement in Kosovo on Judicial Records

(B2) A technical agreement is signed between the judicial authorities of Kosovo and the European Mission in Kosovo "Eulex » in order to share the responsibilities in the management of the information system of the judicial files.

(A Technical Arrangement was signed between the Kosovo Judicial Council and the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX) on 3 August 2009. This Arrangement represents the agreement between the two parties on the responsibilities for the maintenance and use of the Case Management Information System (CMIS) by the EULEX Judges, Prosecutors and other relevant staff – members of the EULEX Mission in Kosovo.)
