The Czechs' plan B if the Lisbon Treaty is not signed

(B2) The Czech Republic has sent Brussels the program for its presidency of the European Union ... in two versions. What is quite original: the first account with the entry into force of the Treaty of Lisbon, and the second version foresees the situation where the Treaty would not be ratified by all the countries of the Union before the end of this year. The Czech Republic, which will preside over the European Union in the first half of 1, has still not ratified the Lisbon Treaty. This must be examined by the Constitutional Court, which takes its time. Verdict in October.
