Romanian Pumas in Chad?

(B2) Romania is currently studying the possibility of providing helicopters to the European Union military operation in Chad and the Central African Republic. As Teodor Melescanu, the Romanian Minister of Defence, confided to me, " we do not forget that we are manufacturers, under license, of the "best helicopter in the world", the Puma. So we are going to study this necessity very seriously…”. C’est – semble-t-il – la question de la capacité stratégique de l’armée roumaine et également le financement de ces mises à disposition qui doivent être encore étudiés.
