Two French planes in flight for Irini in early January

(B2) Two French planes came to assist in the European operation to monitor the arms embargo in Libya.

A French aircraft of the Awacs type (all-round surveillance and reconnaissance) as well as a Falcon 50 maritime surveillance aircraft thus intervened " in direct support on January 6 and 7, said Colonel Barbry, spokesperson for the armies, during the press briefing last Friday (15.01) in which B2 participated.
