The 18th CMATT formed in Ségou

(B2) The closing ceremony of the formation of the 18th CMATT (Combined Mobile Advisory Team) by the Europeans of EUTM Mali took place on Friday (May 10) on the parade ground of the Amadou Cheick Oumar Tall camp in Ségou, in central Mali.

This training was organized by the European training mission of the Malian army over three weeks (from April 15 to May 10, 2019) for four junior officers and 101 non-commissioned officers and non-commissioned officers of the 212th motorized infantry company. This initiative is part of strengthening the operational capacities of the defense and security forces of the 2nd military region. Present at the graduation were Colonel Lunder (for EUTM Mali) and Colonel Modibo Kouyaté (for Chief of Staff of the Army).
