The training took place in ten sessions, starting at the beginning of March. They were provided by the Ukrainian NGO OPORA active in the field of public supervision and electoral transparency. An NGO supported by the EU Internal Security Forces Advisory Mission in Ukraine (EUAM Ukraine).

This training is actually the second of its kind for the police in electoral legislation (see: Latest news from EU peacekeeping missions – CSDP (January 2019)). A total of 625 Ukrainian police officers have been trained with the support of EUAM Ukraine in the Odessa region.
