An exercise called 'restoration of fundamental achievements' took place on Thursday (November 29) in Camp Kassaï, with the presence of the maneuver companies, the support command company and the services and the state- major of the battalion, military decision-making processes from the section level, to that of command of the battalion staff, the deliberate attack on companies, the mobilized medical teams.

The protection of the river in the line of sight

The training was provided by European soldiers from the European Union Training Mission in the Central African Republic (EUTM-RCA). It's the fourth battalion formed by European forces. The amphibious battalion, 330 strong, is responsible for protecting the river Oubangui — which separates the Central African Republic from the DR Congo — and the surrounding populations. A ceremony closed this Thursday (December 6), solemnly, this entire cycle in the presence of the Central African President Faustin-Archange Touadéra.
