At the Café Diplomatique (n°3): Libya, government, security
(B2) the third number of the "diplomatic cafe" from B2, recorded live from the European External Action Service (EEAS), with our friends from views, is available. This issue is devoted to the meeting of Foreign Ministers taking place this Monday, April 18, in Luxembourg. The agenda of the meeting is quite eclectic: Iran, Cuba, Colombia, Eastern Partnership, Libya, etc. But it was Libya that caught our attention. The ministers will thus have a video conference with the Libyan Prime Minister Fayez al-Sarraj then a dinner at '56' with their Defense colleagues. Talking points...
