(B2) Two Bell helicopters UH-1D of the German army come to reinforce the rescuers mobilized in the southern Alps to recover the bodies and the various pieces of the German Wings A320. “ The Bundeswehr responded positively to the request expressed by the French authorities”, explains one of his officers. Those helicopters are equipped with a system of hoist, to retrieve heavy loads, and is approved for rescue montagne. This device will provide some relief to the “gendarmerie” and “military” helicopters mobilized since the Airbus crash and who must carry out their usual mountain rescue missions.
