A debate on Europe in the face of new challenges

(B2) The two public institutes, European and French, for security research, the EUISS (Institute for Security Studies) and the Irsem (Institute for Strategic Research of the Military School) organize, Thursday 4 December, in Paris, a debate on "theEuropean Union put to the test of new challenges », on the occasion of the publication of their respective publications: the abridged version in French of the EUISS annual report and the Irsem "paper" on "The role of the military in EU external action". The debate will bring together Gen. Maurice de Langlois (Irsem), MEP Arnaud Danjean, EUISS expert, Thierry Tardy, and the head of the European Defense Agency, Claude-France Arnould.
