(BRUXELLES2) First European forces to be engaged in the Rep. Central African Republic (in addition to the French), the Estonians should return to the country in a few days. Tallin was effectively the first state to affirm its commitment to EUFOR RCA. Very early !

The defined mandate of 4 months ends in a few days. And it doesn't look like Estonia wants to extend or renew the terms of its blue and black flag soldiers.
