Who will be on Moscow's blacklist?

(BRUXELLES2 - fiction) Moscow had promised to respond blow for blow to the sanctions put in place by the West (USA and European Union). We can therefore expect to see a ban list: frozen assets and ban on visas for Russia for certain American or European personalities. If we consider this possible replica, we could estimate that the American Vice-President, Joe Biden; General Breedlove, Commander-in-Chief of the Atlantic Alliance and Commander for Europe of the American forces, as well as the Polish Chief of Staff could be on this list. Similarly, certain particularly committed parliamentarians, such as J. Saryusz Wolski, Elmar Brok or Guy Verhofstadt could appear on this list, even the Lithuanian President, D. Grybauskaite. And just to spice up the story, we could add Stefan Füle, the Commissioner for Enlargement, or the EU ambassador in Moscow, the Lithuanian Osackas. Notice to lovers of de-escalation...
