The High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Catherine Ashton, should therefore, at the opening of the meeting, dedicate a few words to the two victims and repeat her condolences to the Danish and British Foreign Ministers ( for fellow citizens who died in the accident). No decision has, however, been taken for the half-masting of the European flags.

Afghanistan will be on the agenda of the Council of Ministers. Club Details: On the agenda of the Council of Ministers of January 20 + What European strategy in Afghanistan after 2014?
