Suspicious pirates: still not certain

(B2) The pirates taken on board by the Danish military after the attack on the Danish tanker MV Torm Kansas are still on board HDMS Esbern Snare the Danish general command clarified to B2 on Saturday (November 16). The investigation by the military police and the prosecutor is ongoing. And no decision has, for the moment, been taken: either release them or prosecute them. The question is whether they are really pirates and what evidence do we have to bring them to justice.
