(B2) The “crisis” is there in several countries. The latest figures from the European Statistical Office attest to this.

Unemployment increased in most Member States, bringing its rate above the 10% mark from the start of 2012. decreased, particularly for health care and social services. At issue: cuts in benefits in kind.

In many Member States, gross disposable income fell between 2007 and 2012, with southern European Member States and Hungary experiencing the most significant declines in relation to their GDP contraction.
