The French Mirages take to the air, on the Baltic side
(BRUSSELS2) Four Mirage F1 CR from Mont de Marsan base 118 landed on Friday (April 26) at the Lithuanian army airbase in Šiauliai, reports the Lithuanian Ministry of Defence. From April 30, they will take over aerial surveillance of the Baltic countries, thus taking over from Danish planes. The surveillance of the Baltic countries is, in fact, ensured in turn by member countries of NATO. This is the fourth time that the French have taken to the air... on the Baltic side.
