B2's life

Reading is not resumed or plundered

(BRUXELLES2) It is a little constrained and forced that I resolve to publish a post unusual. But apparently some colleagues, media or sites have elastic ethics. The information on this site is free to access. You can read them, consult them, exchange them at your leisure with your friends, your colleagues, and others. This is called "private use". This does not mean that they are free to be taken up, reproduced, even literally plundered, on a medium (paper, audiovisual, web or other), distributed publicly, even commercially, without respecting certain rules.

  • 1. For any information, please source "Bruxelles2″ or "B2" (with the link on the internet) (*)
  • 2. Any reproduction or wider use whatever the medium is subject to authorization (by email or a post on the comment is sufficient). Several sites have complied with this rule. And I usually have no difficulty with that.
  • 3. Failure to comply with any of these rules will require me to take legal action. A screenshot of fraudulent sites will now be systematically made. Some media (sites or blogs) are "under surveillance".

(*) Failure to respect this rule has a name and a sanction in French criminal law. I am surprisingly surprised that the more the media has "storefront", the more it frees itself from this rule. As if he wanted to hide that he is not omniscient. I thus took, in the act, a large French radio station - whose name I will not mention - which had published on its site large excerpts (80%) of an interview published on B2, "forgetting" to quote B2 and let alone ask my permission. The head of the legal department contacted told me " it's normal. It's just a quote ". He is warned. For him, there will be no 2nd warning. On good terms...
