Palomeros will head ACT (NATO) in September

(B2) NATO's Supreme Allied Command Transformation (ACT) Headquarters will retain a French leader. This is officially confirmed today by the North Atlantic Council (NAC). It is General Jean-Paul Palomeros - current Air Chief of Staff - who is leaving for Norfolk to replace his colleague in arms Stéphane Abrial, to whom the NAC has paid tribute. " Throughout his command, which began in 2009, (General Abrial) actively contributed to adapting the structures, concepts, resources, training resources and defense planning process of the Atlantic Alliance. General Palomeros will take up his new duties at the end of September 2012.
