Hamas seizes European justice

(B2) Hamas, a Palestinian Islamist movement, is contesting before the European Court of First Instance the restrictive measures (freezing of funds) which affect it as a terrorist organization. Measures enacted by the European Union last in a regulation and a decision of July 18, 2011. He had already seized the same court in 2010 to challenge a similar decision, taken on July 12, 2010.
