Somali pirates come across a bone… Vietnamese

(BRUSSELS2) The release of the Taiwanese trawler Chin Yi Wen is not entirely random. Among the crew were 5 Vietnamese, former war veterans (we do not know which side). Still, the pirates had the curious surprise of quickly finding themselves trapped. By mutual agreement, the veterans launch a surprise assault on their captors. Apparently they had some good leftovers. Since the pirates are taking off, literally and figuratively. Pushed back, the Somalis jumped into the water, then picked up by a friendly skiff and took off the English way. They did well. The British Navy nearby was keeping watch. The ship returned to Seychelles before heading back to Taiwan. Read also: Pirates back off the Seychelles. Tuna boats also threatened (Maj)
