The EUFOR Libya command is formed

(BRUSSELS2) Several countries have decided to send officers to Rome to prepare and plan the EUFOR Libya operation. In addition to Italy, Finland and Austria have already confirmed sending officers. According to our information, Finland will send 3 officers: the head of the headquarters operations division, a senior officer from the planning division and a lawyer. Austria should, for its part, send 2 General Staff officers (the Austrian Parliament must approve this sending this week). Defense Minister Darabos did not rule out sending other soldiers from the federal army on Sunday (Austria has 180 soldiers on call in one of the two European battlegroups on call this semester). .
