From a reliable source, I have been confirmed that Cathy Ashton, the High Representative, is going to formally propose to the Board of Directors of the European Defense Agency, the candidacy of Claude-France Arnould to take over its management. It will also appoint a crisis response manager. This confirms our previous information (1).
