A Ukrainian competitor for Airbus in the US tanker market

(BRUXELLES2) There will indeed be a third competitor for the call for tenders for American tanker aircraft, which has opposed Boeing and Airbus since 2001. The Ukrainian Antonov thus confirmed, on October 4, that he would participate in the call for tenders launched by the Pentagon relating to the acquisition of 179 tanker planes for the US Air Force, according to the Ria Novosti agency. The deadline has been extended, said the CEO of the Ukrainian company associated for the occasion to US Aerospace.
