Srebrenica. Complaint against three Dutch officers

(B2) Two families of victims of Srebrenica have just lodged a complaint for complicity in genocide and war crimes against Dutch officers present in Srebrenica in 1995 within the framework of UNPROFOR. According to the Dutch press, this concerns two people who were present: Nuhanovic was an interpreter and Mustafic an electrician on the Potocari base, commanded by the Dutch. Their families had taken refuge on the base after the fall of Srebrenica. But they were forced to leave the camp. The bodies of Nuhanovic's father and brother were later found while Mustafic disappeared.

The complaint lodged with the public prosecutor's office in Arnhem (Netherlands) targets the commander of "Dutchbat 3", Thom Karremans, the deputy commander, Rob Franken and warrant officer Berend Oosterveen.
