Unity OSG renounces legal action against the EU

(B2) The private security company, Unity OSG, established in Dubai and Kabul, which was in conflict with the EU Council for not having obtained the protection contract
of the forces of the EUPOL police mission in Afghanistan finally gave up acting. An order from the president of the court pronounced, on April 29, in all discretion, the cancellation of this case. It seems that the two parties have found an amicable arrangement to avoid taking this case to court.
