Here is the calendar of the Belgian Presidency

(B2) The Spanish Presidency ends. And the Belgian presidency is coming. On your agenda, you can already note some dates.
First of all, the traditional informal meeting on October 18 and 19 in Ghent and the meeting of Defense Ministers on November 22-23 in Brussels. On the foreign affairs side, there are 5 meetings of ministers planned: July 19 or 26, September 10 and 11 (informal Gymnich in Brussels), October 25 (in Luxembourg), November 22-23, December 13.

An informal COPS will be held on July 15 and 16 in Brussels and the traditional “Politics & Security ambassadors’ trip” will take place this year in the Democratic Republic of Congo, from October 9 to 13. The European Councils are scheduled for October 16 and December 17.

As themes of other meetings, worth mentioning: permanent structured cooperation (seminar on July 13), civil CSDP (high-level seminar on July 15 and seminar on October 27), a summer university on CSDP (the 17 and September 18), the defense industry (seminar on October 13), EU Battlegroups (meeting + conference on October 13 and 14), rapid air and maritime reaction (conference on October 12), prevention of conflicts (forum on November 4 and 5), Etc…
