Who will chair the Council of Defense Ministers in April?

(*) Until now, 2 or 3 overlapping councils took place: a non-decisional "Defence" council, a decision-making "Defence" council in "European Defense Agency Board of Directors" format, a "Defence + Foreign Affairs" council, a "Foreign Affairs" council, possibly followed by a "Development" or "Foreign Affairs-development" council.
