The first training of the Somali military: May 3

(B2) The first training of Somali soldiers by EU teams should start well on May 3, despite a small delay
in the adoption of planning documents. The discussion on the operation plan (OpPlan) continues, indeed, within the COPS. It should be finalized on March 30. The Council should then adopt the formal decision to launch the operation. This should be done, to go faster, by written procedure, at the beginning of April (about 7 April).

NB: On medical support (Role 2 or similar), a solution has - it seems - not been found internally. And this medical support could be sought externally.
