Russians to train Somalis

(B2) It was Bernard Kouchner, the Minister of Foreign Affairs who announced it during a hearing before the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Assembly. Russians could contribute to the training of Somali soldiers in Djibouti, with the French soldiers. "In Russia, last week, we proposed to our Russian friends to participate in this training (...) and they will do it", said the Minister of Foreign Affairs. A collaboration that comes at the right time given the lack of enthusiasm of several European countries on this subject. It reminds me of Chad with Eufor... Hopefully the Russians won't take so long to arrive.
