(B2) The National Council (the lower house of the Swiss federal parliament) buried, on Thursday morning, the government's plan to send Swiss soldiers to participate in the European anti-piracy operation "Atalanta". By 102 votes against 81, and 10 abstentions, he again voted against this commitment. Which closes the debate, even if the Council of States was for the operation.
