New Defense Minister in Bulgaria

(B2 / summer brief) A new government is set up in Bulgaria. Nickolay Mladenov (EPP/GERB) MEP holds the post of Defense Minister, with two deputy ministers: General Anyou Anguélov and Colonel Valentin Radev. Roumiana Jeleva is appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs. She is one of the favorites to occupy the position of commissioner in the next European Commission (2009-2014).
