Recruitment in Guinea, Palestine and Kosovo

(B2) Three recruitments are underway for ESDP missions

In Guinea-Bissau, about fifteen positions, mainly in the form of secondment are sought (military or security advisers) to renew the mission of advice and assistance for the restructuring of the security forces in Guinea Bissau (EUSSR Guinee-Bissau) . Only one contract position is sought: that of financial and accounting officer (*). Deadline: April 13.

In Palestine, 7 vacancies are available for the Palestinian police advisory and training mission (EUPOL COPPS). Five positions are offered on secondment (assistant to the head of mission, training security officer). Two are offered on secondment or contract: public procurement specialist (*) and communication systems. NB: in addition to renewals, it is a question of coping with the extension of the mission to the entire chain of criminal jurisdiction. It is also likely that one or more
positions - especially for police training - are open or reserved for Turks whose participation was recently accepted by the COPS (read Turks in the mission in Palestine), Deadline: April 14. Download the job description

In Kosovo, 6 positions are offered, mainly "Rule of law" advisers (judicial, police, prisons, training) - 4 positions are offered in the form of secondment. Two people are recruited on contract (finance (*) and security officer). NB: The Eulex mission has reached its full operational capability. Deadline: April 20. Download the job description

(*) It may be noted that the ESDP missions, both civilian and military, currently lack high-level "finance" and "public procurement" specialists (this is apparently the case at EUNAVFOR Atalanta as well).
