Change of strategy at ISAF in Afghanistan

(B2) ISAF (International Security Assistance Force) in Afghanistan announces that it will henceforth withdraw from combat rather than resort to air strikes where there is a risk of civilian death. Moreover, as ISAF spokesman Brigadier General Richard Blanchette explains, its soldiers " never enter a residence or a mosque without instructions from the Afghan army, except in the presence of imminent danger ».
