The NATO-Russia Council still exists… on the NATO website

(B2) … While wandering on the internet, I arrived on the NATO front page. And what is my surprise to see on the cover page, at the bottom, the mention of NATO-Russia Council.
Going to this page, especially watching the short film, we get the impression of a piece of history... distant and not really close. Listen to the short film posted on the site, it's worth the detour. It feels like a propaganda film from the 1950s. All that's missing is the sepia color. Curiously, no mention is made of NATO's “warlike” declarations or the “suspension” of the NATO-Russia Council. Nothing... As if nothing had happened...
