European Treaty: the United Kingdom can be satisfied (the text)

(B2) The British can be satisfied. With the compromise (text here) to which they arrived on October 2 and 3, they safeguard most of their prerogatives, not only will be able to choose the Schengen Asylum Immigration directives which apply to them but will also be able to reconsider their choice, when this measure is modified.
